I trained as a teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga for four years and continue to build on my knowledge attending regular yoga workshops and courses. I currently teach both adults and children in a variety of settings. My inspiration comes from my love for yoga and seeing how practices can be tailored to help anyone, whatever their needs and abilities. All my classes include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and relaxation, using flowing sequences to link the breath with movement creating calming and meditative practices. In addition, my monthly Yoga and Meditation Mornings will enable students to focus on different aspects of their personal yoga practice as well as providing a nice relaxing start to the weekend.
